Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is caused by repetitive injuries/strains and can be caused by the pull of the muscles, which extend the wrist and fingers. There is usually pain and tenderness felt on the inside (medial) of the elbow, on the joint’s bony prominence.

Some common symptoms can include:
  • Pain in the inner side of the arm
  • Pain in the forearm
  • Pain caused by lifting or bending the arm or by grasping light objects
  • Difficulty in extending the arm Tenderness in the elbow
  • Weakness of the wrist

We have had great success treating Tennis Elbow by using specific Biomechanical Tools and treatments. Some of these treatments and tools are Strengthening Exercises for the Shoulder, elbow, and wrist, Stretching programs, ASTM , which stimulates the breakdown of this dysfunctional tissue and allows functional restoration to occur, Deep Friction Massage, Education, and McConnell taping.
